We often sell directly to the general public. We sell primarily to Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, and Physical Therapists, including registered chiropractic & massage students etc....

What Should I Expect For Freight On International Shipments?

LT sells and ships products domestically and internationally. International shipments are charged for shipping and handling only. Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer at point of entry.

What Types Of Payments Do We Accept?

The methods of payments we currently accept are Visa, Master Card, Discover, checks, and international wire transfers. Cash is accepted where applicable.

When Do I Pay For My Order?

Generally, Lifetimer requires payment for the product at the time of order, however under certain circumstances, Lifetimer can accept a 60% deposit (non-refundable). The balance needs to be paid prior to shipping. Any order of $5,000.00 or more will require a minimum 60% non-refundable deposit. All custom-made products, must be prepaid in full. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned. Your invoice will include the price of the product plus shipping and handling charges. Lifetimer reserves the right to correct pricing errors that appear on order forms or invoices. Lifetimer also reserves the right to change prices on the products or to make modifications.

How Does The Ordering Process Work And How Long Does It Take To Receive My Product?

The estimated shipment date (ESD) on your order is based upon product availability and production time. It does not include transit time. Lifetimer reserves the right to process payment when orders are placed. You may see the charge on your statement before you receive the product. We make every effort to ship your product out in a timely fashion. In-stock items will be shipped out within 1-2 weeks of receiving your order and payment. Cancelling an order after 72 hours of the order date will result in a minimum of a 40% restocking and/or a processing fee on the invoice total minus the shipping charge. Lifetimer makes every effort to ship your product out by the estimated ship date. The estimated ship dates (ESD) are in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Although Lifetimer makes every effort to ship your order by the ESD provided, shipping dates may change due to parts supply delays beyond our control. You may contact Lifetimer at any time for order status information. Occasionally, Lifetimer confirms orders only to face supply delays resulting in possible lengthy delays. If an extreme delay occurs and you are interested, Lifetimer may suggest alternative products that might meet your needs. If you do not wish to order alternative products or wish to extend the ESD, Lifetimer will, at your request, cancel your order for products. Any orders cancelled on or before the Estimated Ship Date will be charged a minimum 40% restocking fee.

What Is The Required Maintenance Or Service For The Tables? 

Under normal usage parameters there should be no maintenance required on your Lifetimer table. However, in extreme usage situations it may be necessary to check all machine type bolts to ensure the continued security of the fastener.

What Are The Conditions Of The Sale?

Lifetimer reserves the right to determine and amend, when necessary, its policies regarding ordinary conditions of sale. Ordinary conditions of sale pertain to a purchase of a new product either directly from Lifetimer International or affiliated compliant distributor. It is limited to those purchasers who have returned the completed warranty information to Lifetimer and have met our obligations for their purchases.

What Is The Warranty On Your Products?

LIFETIMER is committed to your satisfaction and the satisfaction of your patients. In the event of a return on our tables, the purchaser and/or individual returning the goods is responsible for all shipping and handling costs plus a restocking fee. Lifetimer warranties each Lifetimer product against defects in workmanship for 5 years from the date of sale to the initial purchaser. Any table or item found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at no charge when returned to your Lifetimer dealer. The Lifetimer warranty assures you of our intent to provide only the finest materials and craftsmanship in every product that bears the Lifetimer name. This warranty extends only to the initial owner and does not apply to damages from accident, shipping, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear. The warranty does not apply to international purchases. Elevation tables: CONTRA INDICATIONS TO USAGE PLEASE NOTE: LIFETIMER ELEVATION TABLES (ELECTRIC) ARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE USAGE OF ANY PULSED ELECTROMAGNETIC FREQUENCY DEVICES (PEMF) AND WILL DAMAGE THE ELECTRONICS ON THE LIFETIMER ELEVATION TABLES. THIS WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY. Portables: PLEASE NOTE: YOUR PORTABLE LIFETIMER TABLE IS COMPATIBLE TO TRAVEL IN THE LIFETIMER TABLE BAGS (WITH OR WITHOUT WHEELS). ADDING DROPS OR OTHER LARGE CUSHION/ITEMS MAY PUT STRESS ON THE BAG COMPROMISING THE ZIPPER OR OTHER PARTS WHICH WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY. IT IS BEST NOT TO GO OVERLOAD. IF YOU CANNOT ZIP UP EASILY IT IS BEST TO REMOVE SOME ITEMS.

What Is The Warranty On The Motorized Parts?

There is a 12-month warranty on our elevation motorized and computer related products against manufacturing faults calculated from the production date of the table (see label on underside of table). Lifetimer warranty is only valid if the equipment has been used and maintained correctly. Furthermore, the system must not be exposed to violent treatment. This kind of abuse will void your warranty. What Is The Limited Warranty?

Lifetimer International shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or for incidental, and contingent, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Lifetimer products. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Specifically excluded from this warranty are failures caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, improper operation, unauthorized service, or parts. In no event shall Lifetimer's liability under this warranty exceed the purchase price paid for the product. Any legal actions brought against Lifetimer shall be tried in the State of Oregon, County of Multnomah. The manufacturers reserve the right to change specifications at any time because they constantly strive to produce better quality equipment. We make every effort to ensure that our products meet high quality and durability standards. We hope you never need to use this warranty.

What Is Our Return Policy?

Welcome to Lifetimer International LLC. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding purchases, returns, and product use. Returns & Refund Policy: We accept returns for purchased items within 30 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or is faulty. If a customer chooses to return a purchased item for reasons unrelated to defects or damage, a 40% restocking fee will apply. This policy applies exclusively to items ordered in black. All other colors are classified as custom colors and are not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Customers may arrange the return shipment through their own shipping provider, or we can arrange a return shipment for you - shipping and handling fees apply. If customers choose their own courier, they must provide tracking and insurance to safeguard against loss or damage during transit. Lifetimer International LLC is not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or undelivered. No refund will be issued in this case. Custom-Made Products: Custom-made products or orders are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances. Packaging Requirements: All returns must be in their original packaging, properly sealed, and reinforced with adequate packaging tape to prevent damage during transit. If the original packaging is unavailable, customers may purchase replacement packaging from Lifetimer International LLC. Customers may use their own packaging, but any damage incurred during transit will be at their own risk. Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected. Customers must ensure that the item meets our warranty and usage requirements before shipping it back. If the returned item does not comply with our warranty and usage restrictions, no refund will be provided, and the cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility. Warranty & Usage Restrictions: Any misuse, abuse, alterations, or modifications made to the product—including using parts from other manufacturers or brands—will automatically void return eligibility.
